Each of our inspectors are licensed with TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) and insured to conduct Real Estate Inspections. We adhere to the Standards of Practice set by the State of Texas and also the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. In addition to the standard home inspection, we also provide specialized add-on inspection services to include General Residential, 11-Month Warranty, Water Well, Termite (WDI), Pools/Spas/Hot Tubs, Landscape Irrigation (Sprinkler) System, Sewer Camera, Septic Tank and Drones for roofs to support steep or delicate materials.

All of our inspections are scheduled in 4 hour blocks 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm. We never want our inspectors to rush thru your inspection and this gives them plenty of time to inspect each component in each system. Also, if you are present during the inspection, the 4 hour block will give you plenty of time to ask questions. On larger properties, these will normally be scheduled for all day.
Reports are normally completed same day by the end of the inspection. Each report will contain Thermal Images giving an in depth view of components and/or systems not normally seen with the naked eye. One example is described below, you can move the slider bar and see what our Thermal Imagers reveal.
Todas nuestras inspecciones están programadas en bloques de 4 horas de 9 am a 1 pm y de 2 pm a 6 pm. Nunca queremos que nuestros inspectores se apresuren a realizar su inspección y esto les da mucho tiempo para inspeccionar cada componente en cada sistema. The area in blue was identified to not have any insulation installed in the vaulted ceiling walls. The previous home owner, bought the house, lived in the house and never knew the condition of that area. This specific area is hard to get to and concealed behind ducting and other building materials.
Select systems we inspect, that are observed without any discrepancies, are warrantied for a minimum of 90 Days, Sewer up to 6 months, and Roofs up to 5 years. See a brief video below for more details.
